I’ve bought the online hypnobirthing course – when will I get access?

We have to manually accept each order, so it’s not instant. This gives us time to upload your details, especially if you’ve ordered something physical too. We aim to do it as quickly as possible, but give it at least 10 minutes.

Still nothing after 24 hours? Drop us an email at hello@thebirthuprising.com and we’ll get it sorted.

I’ve ordered a physical product – when will it be sent?

We post all physical items (like merch, affirmation cards, bundles etc) twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after that, but can take up to 14 working days. If it’s been longer than that, email us at hello@thebirthuprising.com. 

I haven’t received my access email – where is it?

Check your spam/junk folder for an email with the subject line “Hypnobirthing Course Access Instructions”. If you used Apple Pay, your confirmation might’ve gone to a different inbox linked to your Apple account. Search for that subject line to track it down.

I used the wrong email at checkout – what now?

It happens. Just email us at hello@thebirthuprising.com with the name you used to order and the correct email. We’ll get you sorted.

Can I message you with questions about the my pregnancy and birth?

Not usually, no. We don’t answer DMs or emails with birth-related questions.

If you’ve bought the online hypnobirthing course, that’s what our private Facebook community group is for. Come and ask your questions there – you’ll get support from us and a whole load of other badass birth nerds who’ve been where you are.
