Hi I’m Sophie, a mother of two , a doula and a birth educator. I am passionate about providing families with a  compassionate birth support service both here in the beautiful North coast of Ireland and all over the world .

My mission is to empower, educate, and support families through the incredible journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I pride myself on offering personalized care and support to expectant mothers, ensuring they feel confident and empowered throughout their pregnancy and birth experience

I believe that knowledge is power and every birth person deserves to feel confident , powerful and in control of their birth. Through hypnobirthing I aim to make you feel prepared and in control by giving you the knowledge and tools to have the right birth you and your baby.
