Hi, I’m Anna Clarkson – Mother of 2, wife of 1, friend of a several and Hypnobirthing Teacher based in Hackney, East London.

I did hypnobirthing in my second pregnancy and it changed my life.  I then became a Manic Street Preacher for hypnobirthing and in February 2020 I could ignore the deafening call no longer.  Since then I retrained with The Birth Uprising, who were far more in keeping with the way I wanted to teach- inclusive of all birth experiences.

I’ve taught close to 500 families and I consider it the hugest privilege.

My classes are fun, interactive and often a little bit sweary… I’m half Australian, what can I say.  I pride myself on being impartial, realistic and truly non-judgemental. My goal is for you to leave my course feeling informed, confident and knowing what your options are…. whilst having a few laughs along the way.

I teach group sessions in person in Hackney and Online (4 x 2.5 hour weekly sessions) and 121 short courses for Hypnobirthing Essentials, Refreshers and planned caesarean birth and 1 hour antenatal preparation.
