hello, I’m Rachel.

Hypnobirthing instructor and mum of two small people, based in North London.

I discovered hypnobirthing at 37 weeks with my first baby, with no idea what it was or how amazing it could be (it’s never too late!). Fast forward two positive births and a career change at 40, and here I am. Passionate about birth education, with a no-fluff approach.

My classes are informal, informative, enjoyable and a great way to meet some other parent-to-be pals.
