And that doesn’t necessarily means 🍆💦 .. it means ❤️

It means being comfortable and at ease and getting all the oxytocin.

Birth partners tend to know the birthing person the best and therefore it’s important that they feel informed & empowered too!

It’s hard for a birth partner to watch the one they love go through something they can’t control, so when a birth partner is informed & empowered everyone can have a positive experience too, which is why between the two of us, Hattie & Jamie, we provide you with all the science, evidence, information and personal experience to give you the tools in having the birth you want!
