My name is Yvonne and I live in Woodford Green, North East London. I’m a wife of 1 and mother of 3.

Childbirth is a natural physiological process, in modern times too much fear surrounds child birth. We need to reframe our mindset and build confidence to trust that our bodies are more than capable to give birth.

After experiencing my own childbirths as well as supporting friends and family through their personal childbirth and post partum journeys I realised that empowering women/birthing people and their partners during this process ignited something within me. To provide support and share the joy as new parents are born is what fuels my soul!

 I completed my training to become a Birth and Postnatal Doula with Kicki Hansard’s Birth Bliss Academy.  I have supported a variety of births including natural physiological births, caesareans, and VBACS (vaginal birth after caesarean).

I am a registered member of Doula UK,  Abuela Doulas, The Doula Directory.  I am also a fully trained TBU hypnobirthing instructor. I have an enhanced DBS and I am fully insured.

As a doula and hypnobirthing instructor, I hope to work together with you to attain a safe, calm and positive birthing experience. I am committed to holding space for you, helping you to trust in your body, and making sure you are equipped with the information you need to make informed decisions.
