My name is Kirsten (she/her) – I’m a mum, midwife and complete birth nerd!

I’m in the process of setting up as a hypnobirthing instructor and independent midwife. You deserve to feel supported, educated, empowered and most importantly completely in charge during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. And that’s where I come in!

I can help you filter out the bullshit, tune in to your instinct, and make decisions that feel right for you and your family.

I’m confident in supporting neurodivergent people, who might feel like hypnobirthing might not be for them –  but everything is adaptable and we will work with your brain to make sure you feel confident in your body. All brains and all bodies birth, and whatever way that may look to you I’ll be here to support you.
