I’m Angharad. I live in Swansea with my husband and two children. Everything in my life changed after the birth of my second daughter. I have been a teacher for 10 years, but birth became my obsession. I am committed to educating everyone I can about pregnancy and birth. How the body works, how to stay calm and what are your rights.

I offer group antenatal / hypnobirthing classes regularly and offer personalised private classes in the comfort of your own home.
