Hey there! I’m Sophie, a certified hypnobirthing & antenatal instructor, Postnatal Doula and all round birth enthusiast.

I provide parents to be with evidence based, complete birth education supporting them during pregnancy, birth and beyond. I am passionate about my work and want to change the narrative that birth is an experience that needs to be feared. I can give you the tools to make your birth a positive one, however your baby makes their way into the world.
