I’m Zoe (she/her), Hypnobirthing instructor, Tea enthusiast and Mum of one. I know from my own experience that having a baby can feel like an overwhelming journey into the unknown. There’s just SO much to think about and suddenly everyone has an opinion on what you should and shouldn’t do! And there’s so much fear and anxiety surrounding birth, that it can get in the way of you actually enjoying being pregnant…and you deserve to enjoy it!
