Hi, I’m Serena. I’m a hypnobirthing teacher, pregnancy reflexologist, mother and total birth geek.

Due to my background as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist helping people struggling with anxiety I’ve long had a fascination with the mind-body connection and how our thoughts can affect our physiology. Birth has the potential to be the most incredible, transformational experience and I’m super passionate about sharing the knowledge and tools that can help make this a reality for parents-to-be.

I’m based in Herne Hill and offering group and private hypnobirthing sessions online as well as reflexology treatments in the local area.
